In a heartwarming moment captured for their fans, reality television personalities Jack Millar and Courtney Stubbs have announced their engagement. The couple, who found fame on different shows, are set to marry after nearly four years together and welcoming two children.
A Bushland Proposal Caught on Camera
Jack Millar, 30, formerly of Married At First Sight Australia, popped the question to his long-term partner Courtney Stubbs, 27, in a beautifully scenic bush setting. The entire emotional moment was recorded using hidden cameras and microphones, allowing their followers to share in the surprise.
The clip shows Jack getting down on one knee and holding out an engagement ring before delivering a heartfelt speech. Clearly overcome with emotion, he told Courtney: "Cos I love you so much, and I've seen you be the best mum." He added tearfully, "You're going to make me cry."
Four Years, Two Children, and Now a Wedding
In his proposal speech, Jack reflected on their time together, stating: "I've loved every moment with you in almost four years – not quite – we've had two beautiful children, and you've become the best mum in the whole wide world. I would love to ask you – will you marry me?"
An ecstatic Courtney immediately accepted, embracing her partner with such force she nearly knocked him over. She exclaimed, "That's a yes, yes! I'm so happy." The couple then celebrated their milestone with champagne, surrounded by the natural beauty of the location.
Reality TV Well-Wishes Pour In
News of the engagement prompted congratulations from their fellow reality TV stars. Former MAFS participant Cameron Merchant commented on the clip, "What a moment. Huge congratulations guys!"
Love Island Australia's Margarita Smith and former Bachelor star Cass Wood were also among those sending their best wishes to the newly engaged pair online.
A Growing Family
The engagement solidifies the next chapter for a couple who have already built a family. They publicly confirmed their relationship in August 2022 and have since welcomed two children.
Their daughter, Penelope June Millar, was born in November 2023. The couple announced her arrival on Instagram with a series of photos from the hospital and their home, writing, "Penelope June Millar. A love so magical words cannot describe!"
Their son, Paxton Jenkins, joined the family in October 2025. Courtney was pregnant with their first child just eight months into their relationship.
Both Jack and Courtney came to public attention through popular dating shows. Courtney appeared on Love Island Australia in 2021, while Jack was a participant on the 2022 season of Married At First Sight Australia, where he was initially paired with Domenica Calarco.
