Married At First Sight Australia groom Danny Hewitt has been caught on unseen footage brutally slating his ex-wife Bec Zacharia, calling her 's**t' and demanding producers 'bring me better women'. The 34-year-old British groom, who blindsided Bec at Final Vows, was recorded during a rant that was never meant to air.
The footage, revealed on spin-off show MAFS: After The Dinner Party, shows Hewitt insulting Zacharia's looks and personality while crew adjusted equipment. He fumed: 'I can f**king walk in Coles and get a better bird than that... you’re f**king shit at your job. Bring me better women.'
A heartbroken Zacharia, 35, was given a warning before watching the 'revolting' clip. She revealed that on the same day Hewitt made the cruel comments, he had told her he was 'falling in love with her'. She said: 'If that's how you feel about me, why did you sit there for three months straight?'
Hewitt has since apologised, telling his ex-wife he was 'sorry from the bottom of his heart' and felt 'so ashamed'. Zacharia has moved on and is reportedly dating British reality star Marcus Rich.
