Lisa Riley's fiancé has broken his silence after the Emmerdale star's hilarious jungle confession about having a crush on a 'juicy' Ant McPartlin, insisting he has absolutely 'no fears' about her leaving him.

‘It’s All Good’: Al’s Unbothered Response

Al, who has been with the actress since 2014 and engaged since 2018, responded with showbusiness savvy when asked about his partner's on-air admiration for the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! presenter. "There is no business like showbusiness, right? It’s all good. I have no fears of her letting me go," he stated confidently.

He expressed immense pride in Lisa for taking on the jungle challenge and revealed he is looking forward to their reunion. "I am very proud of her, it’s a big surprise. I am looking forward to meeting up with her again, hopefully not the first one out. Hopefully at the end," Al added, showing his support for her entire journey in the camp.

Lisa’s Saucy Jungle Confessions

The drama unfolded when Lisa Riley, who plays Mandy Dingle in Emmerdale, let her hair down in the Bush Telegraph. The 49-year-old actress declared herself a 'red-blooded woman' and didn't hold back on her thoughts about Ant McPartlin.

Her comments sent the camp into fits of laughter as she compared the two presenting giants. "Dec would look after you, Dec would tuck you in at night…Ant would give you...a nice night," she quipped. When asked by rapper Aitch who she preferred, she was unequivocal: "Ant is way tastier, oh god Ant is juicy."

However, Lisa was quick to affirm her commitment to her long-term partner, using a brilliant analogy. "You can go to Chanel you don’t have to buy anything you can look, I am very very happily settled relationship lady with my Al, but I can still have a look," she explained.

Life With Al Beyond the Jungle

Before entering the jungle, Lisa spoke glowingly about her fiancé Al, who is a musician. She shared the touching and humorous send-off he gave her. "The very last thing he said was: ’Just be you.’ But then the other thing he did say, when I was on my own, was, ’good God, you are going to be having a lot of beans,’" she recalled, jokingly referencing the potential for jungle flatulence.

She also revealed her refreshingly honest approach to appearing on television without her usual glam, embracing her natural self for millions to see. "I love looking raw on TV…. So when people are like, ’Oh my God, you are not going to have any fake lashes on,’ and my hair is going to look like a frizz bomb, I don’t care," she stated. "People will see that I am going to look like an absolute minger, and I will embrace that, because that is the truth of it."

Despite their engagement in 2018, Lisa has previously indicated that the couple are unlikely to formally marry, content in their strong relationship of over eleven years.
