The final four celebrities in the jungle are set to face the most iconic and feared challenge of them all. In a thrilling preview of Saturday night's episode of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, the remaining campmates will battle the legendary Celebrity Cyclone.
The Ultimate Bushtucker Trial Awaits
Tom Read Wilson, 39, Shona McGarty, 34, rapper Aitch, 25, and YouTuber AngryGinge, 24, must endure wind, torrential water, tidal waves and spinning platforms in what is widely considered the show's best-ever trial. The climactic challenge, reserved for the final four, airs on Saturday night, the eve of the grand final.
First-look footage shows the determined quartet standing on a podium, goggles secured, beside a vast ball pit filled with oversized gold stars. Rallying her fellow contestants, Shona declares with confidence, 'We've got this, guys, we've got this.' Aitch echoes the sentiment, urging, 'Let's go, guys!' while a theatrical Tom Read Wilson adds, 'Oh darlings, we've got this, we've got this.'
Ant and Dec Launch the Chaos
The scene then cuts to hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, both 50, watching from the sidelines. 'Okay, are you ready?' Ant shouts to the campmates, who respond with a unified and excited 'Yes!' The challenge area is a giant blue slip-and-slide strewn with stars, with large inflatable balls poised menacingly at the edge.
'Very best of luck, you can go when you see the fireball!' Ant instructs, before giving the iconic command to the crew: 'Rangers, start your engine!' The podium begins to spin violently as the rangers unleash powerful jets of water. An exhilarated AngryGinge beams, 'Oh my lord!' and claps his hands in anticipation.
The celebrities, squeezing each other's hands for support, scream 'Come on then!' as a huge fireball erupts to signal the start. In a bold move, Tom Read Wilson is the first to leap, diving headfirst into the star-filled ball pit.
The Rules of the Celebrity Cyclone
During the Celebrity Cyclone, the stars choose their running order. Each contestant must retrieve a giant foam star and plant it on their designated spot, holding it there until a klaxon sounds. The first runner has the shortest distance but must cling on the longest, while the last has the furthest to go and faces the most brutal conditions.
Throughout the trial, they are mercilessly battered by inflatables, water jets, and flying objects. A huge tidal wave inevitably sweeps them from their positions, forcing them to scramble back into place against the overwhelming forces of nature and machinery.
This epic trial is a cherished tradition, with past final fours including the 2024 lineup of Oti Mabuse, Danny Jones, Reverend Richard Coles and Coleen Rooney. In 2023, Josie Gibson, Sam Thompson, Tony Bellew and Nigel Farage took it on, and in 2022 it was Jill Scott, Mike Tindall, Owen Warner and Matt Hancock.
Viewers will have to tune in on Saturday night to discover how this year's final four fare in their battle against the iconic Cyclone. I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! airs every night at 9pm on ITV1, STV, ITVX and STV Player.
