Rising reality star Halle Cooley has revealed she 'made a living off creepy men' before attempting to secure $1 million on Netflix. The Texan model featured in Season 3 of Outlast: The Jungle, which launched on the streaming platform on 10th June. The series follows 16 strangers abandoned in the Panamanian jungle armed with nothing but basic supplies and their survival instincts.
Halle Cooley's Previous Career
While introduced as a model on the programme, Halle previously worked at the Twin Peaks restaurant chain, notorious for its waitresses sporting revealing outfits. In 2024, the Netflix personality shared a TikTok clip of herself dressed in the sports bar's signature plaid crop top and tiny denim shorts uniform. She accompanied it with the frank caption: 'When you make a living off of creepy men saying you're the most beautiful thing they've ever seen,' reports the Mirror.
Halle also posted a vlog documenting the day she applied for the position in 2023, explaining that she required a reliable income while studying at university. These days, she predominantly works in modelling and has cultivated a substantial online presence of over 300,000 followers as an influencer.
Her Jungle Experience
Despite her determination to conquer the jungle, Halle withdrew from the show after an impressive 26 days. She has since reflected on her experience, confessing it was 'the hardest' challenge she's ever undertaken. Posting on Instagram, the influencer wrote: 'Reminiscing on the almost 30 days I spent surviving the jungle... this was my bed. Where I got eaten alive by bugs and barely slept (really makes you appreciate a bed and AC, haha).'
She went on to say: 'Even though it was the hardest thing I've ever done, what a freaking experience! I had zero survival skills going in and was terrified. I only relied on my values and work ethic. It's incredible what your body can do when you put your fears aside. This truly made me a better person, and I couldn't be more grateful for the people I was with.'
