Dani Dyer is left with a bleeding nose after being punched in the face during the upcoming series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, which returns to Channel 4 in January 2026. The eighth season features a new twist, pitting British celebrities against Australian contestants to determine which nation is 'greater'.
The Love Island star, who recently withdrew from Strictly Come Dancing due to injury, joins 13 other recruits, including fellow islander Gabby Allen. In the first episode, Dyer faces off against Australian Married At First Sight star Jessika Power in a makeshift boxing ring, resulting in a bloody nose.
Chief instructor Mark 'Billy' Billingham praised Dyer's performance, saying: 'Little Dani Dyer surprised me. Very small girl. She was very timid at the start, lacked a lot of confidence... She was willing to give up, but found a second wind.' Dyer, a mother of three, said she has long been a 'massive' fan of the show and wants to 'put myself to the test'.
She admitted: 'I think physically I've got this. Mentally is what I'll struggle with as my brain attacks me all the bloody time. I just want to believe in myself a little bit more.' Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins airs on Channel 4 in January.
