The BBC has confirmed the episode schedule for Celebrity Traitors, with the series airing over five weeks on Thursdays and Fridays. The show, hosted by Claudia Winkleman, continues from the Scottish castle with 10 episodes, giving celebrities the chance to win up to £100,000 for a charity of their choice.
Viewing figures and early picks
The first episode recorded an average audience of 8.9 million viewers, peaking at 9.1 million, according to the BBC. Richard E. Grant and Maya Jama were selected as the first two Traitors.
The line-up includes comedian Joanne McNally, actress Julie Hesmondhalgh, and mathematician Hannah Fry, among other celebrities who have begun getting to know each other.

Episodes air on Thursdays and Fridays at 8pm on BBC One and iPlayer. The confirmed schedule is as follows: Episode 1 on Thursday, October 1; Episode 2 on Friday, October 2; Episode 3 on Thursday, October 8; Episode 4 on Friday, October 9; Episode 5 on Thursday, October 15; Episode 6 on Friday, October 16; Episode 7 on Thursday, October 22; Episode 8 on Friday, October 23; Episodes 9 and 10 are yet to be confirmed.
The finale date has not been announced, but the final episode is expected to air around Halloween (October 31).
