Stuart Douglas was captured by hunters in the latest episode of Channel 4's Celebrity Hunted on Tuesday (August 18), moments before his sister Scarlette escaped in a stranger's car.
The pair were planning to meet an associate in Leeds when hunters closed in. As they waited in a car park, two hunters successfully chased down Stuart, who was wearing a boot on his injured foot.
Ray Howard's Frustration
Ray Howard, who leads the elite team of hunters drawn from policing, military and intelligence backgrounds, was left fuming at the escape. "We've got Stuart but we've not got Scarlette, and now she's heading out of Leeds. So, this has been a complete and total f*** up," he said.
After his capture, Stuart expressed his disappointment but remained hopeful for his sister. "I'm gutted that I've been captured. I do feel I would have outrun any hunter had I have been fully fit, but I'd rather be the sacrificial lamb so that my sister can get away," he said.
Stuart's Faith in Scarlette
Stuart added: "She's stronger and she's braver than she thinks she is, and I have faith that she'll be able to evade the hunters and get to the extraction point."
The episode ended with Sophie and JJ being chased down by the hunters in a car, leaving viewers to find out next week whether they evade capture.
