TikToker Claims to Spot Ghost in Childhood Cemetery Photo on Google Street View

A TikTok user has sparked debate after claiming to have captured a ghostly figure on Google Street View at a historic cemetery in New Hampshire. Amy Pendleton shared a video showing what she believes is an apparition hovering above a dry stone wall at Gilson Cemetery in Nashua.

In the clip, Pendleton directs viewers to search for the cemetery on Google Maps and take a 360-degree tour. Zooming in on the area, she highlights a hazy shape resembling a man's head and torso among the leaves of a tree. The cemetery is rumoured to be haunted, with local media reporting numerous ghost sightings, including glowing lights, strange orbs, and reports of a woman in white and a baby.

Pendleton herself questioned whether the figure is a ghost or simply a leaf or a poorly blurred person caught by the Google car. She noted that Google often edits out individuals captured by its cameras, suggesting the blurring may have been incomplete.

The video has drawn mixed reactions, with some commenters claiming to have witnessed paranormal activity at the site, while others dismissed it as a leaf or a trick of the light. One user wrote, 'That's what they call the grave keeper. He very fast,' while another said, 'That's just a leaf. You can see the same coloured ones above.'

This is not the first such claim on Google Maps. A previous sighting at Martha Chapel Cemetery in Texas showed two ghostly figures, including a child peeking from behind a tree, which some viewers believed to be supernatural.
