"Yesterday we were followed by a man who got uncomfortably close to us and appeared to be holding either a large needle or knife," Liam wrote. "We crossed the road to avoid him multiple times, without trying to make it too obvious... but he kept following us."

The pursuit intensified, forcing the couple to run for their lives. "It ended up escalating quickly to the point where we had to run to the nearest hotel and get security involved.
