Below Deck's Trevor Walker Arrested for Felony DUI in Florida
Trevor Walker, one of the most notorious cast members in the history of the Bravo reality series Below Deck, has been arrested for driving under the influence in Florida. The season four crew member was taken into custody at 2:30 AM, according to police records obtained by TMZ.
Multiple Charges Filed Against Former Deckhand
Walker faces four separate counts, with the most serious being a felony DUI charge in Escambia County. Additional charges include driving with a suspended license, committing a moving traffic violation, and a misdemeanor theft offense. The former senior deckhand and second engineer was released early Tuesday morning and has a scheduled court date set for late April 2026.
This arrest represents Walker's latest encounter with law enforcement. Just two months prior to this incident, he was cited for larceny in the same Florida county. Furthermore, this marks his second DUI arrest, following a previous misdemeanor booking in 2024.
History of Controversy on Below Deck
Walker gained notoriety during his brief tenure on Below Deck season four, where he served aboard the 154-foot motor yacht Valor. The former Paul Mitchell hair model was famously fired by Captain Lee Rosbach within the first few episodes of the season for what the captain described as unprofessional behavior and poor alcohol management.
In a 2016 interview with The Daily Dish, Captain Lee provided explosive commentary about Walker's dismissal, stating: "Let go is much too pleasant. He got fired. It wasn't a 'let go.' It wasn't, 'I'll let you down easy.' He got fired for being a f***-up."
The captain elaborated on his decision, explaining that Walker "doesn't play well with others" and has difficulty handling alcohol, noting that "one drink is not enough and two is too many." Rosbach emphasized the importance of crew chemistry on yachts, stating that while crew members don't need to like each other, they must maintain professionalism.
Conflict with Crew Members and Production History
Walker also famously clashed with bosun Kelley Johnson during his time on the show. Johnson supported Captain Lee's decision to fire Walker, telling The Daily Dish: "He's the worst crewmember I've ever had, ever, underneath me. He had no respect for others. He didn't respect me. Hell, he didn't respect Captain Lee at times."
Bravo's Below Deck franchise, which premiered in 2013, documents the lives of crew members working aboard superyachts during charter seasons. The series has spawned multiple successful spin-offs including Below Deck Mediterranean and Below Deck: Down Under, maintaining popularity for over a decade.
Daily Mail has reached out to Walker for comment regarding his recent arrest but has not yet received a response. The former reality television personality's legal troubles continue to mount as he prepares for his court appearance in 2026.
