Live From Wythenshawe Park has released its full list of banned items and bag rules ahead of this weekend's three gigs, featuring Pulp, Courteeners and The Prodigy. Prohibited items include umbrellas, fireworks, flares, and selfie-sticks.
The August Bank Holiday weekend will see the second part of the two-part concert series at the South Manchester park. Last weekend, The Cure and Lewis Capaldi performed to over 70,000 fans. This weekend, hundreds of thousands are expected to attend shows from Pulp, Courteeners and The Prodigy.
Gig schedule and support acts
Pulp's show on Friday night (August 28) will feature support from Saddleworth singer-songwriter Seb Lowe and Sheffield favourite Self Esteem. Doors open at 4pm, with Pulp taking to the stage at around 8:55pm.
The Courteeners' show on Saturday (August 29) will include support from Minehead-based rock pop duo Getdown Services, Merseyside's The Coral, and West London indie rock band The Vaccines.
On Sunday night (August 30), The Prodigy's show will begin with support from dance acts including Rich Reason, David Rodigan, Andy C, Yousuke Yukimatsu, and DJ legend Carl Cox, hosted by T-Man.
Travel and bag restrictions
Organisers advise using public transport where possible, including the Metrolink, shuttle bus and local train services. Dedicated show parking can be purchased via the Live From Wythenshawe Park website while availability remains.
Bags larger than 21cm x 30cm x 8cm (A4 size) are not allowed. Rucksacks and large bags are prohibited. Water bottles are allowed if they are plastic, see-through and under 500ml. Sun cream in a small bottle (in its original packaging) is allowed.

Prohibited items include: no balaclavas or masks, no alcohol or liquids of any kind, no aerosols, sprays or pressurised containers, no drugs including 'legal highs', no knives or weapons, no perfumes or aftershaves, no glass, no umbrellas, no food, no dogs, no flares or fireworks, no camp chairs or stools, no bikes, no re-entry, no selfie-sticks, no flag poles, no rucksacks or large bags, no professional cameras, and no high vis vests or tabards.
Organisers have confirmed that camping chairs, stools, picnic blankets or other seating is not allowed in the venue. Items brought to the gate can usually be disposed of there, but no items left at the gate can be collected once the customer has left the gate area. Items surrendered at the gate can be disposed of immediately.
Admission is subject to search and management reserves the right to refuse admission. A valid I.D. is required upon entry, accepted forms being an in date passport, in date driving license (provisional accepted) or an in date citizen card. The age restriction depends on the show, and attendees should check at the point of purchase or through their ticket outlet.
