The Wiggles are returning to Newcastle in April 2027 with their Sparkle! BIG SHOW, and tickets are already selling fast. The Australian children's music group will perform at the Utilita Arena, with only one show currently scheduled for the venue next year.
Tickets went on sale on Friday through outlets including AXS, and limited availability remains for the 11am performance. The group previously sold out the Utilita Arena twice in December 2025 with their Tree of Wisdom spectacular.
Celebrating 35 Years with a New Production
Now celebrating 35 years, The Wiggles are bringing what they describe as their most ambitious production yet to audiences in the UK and Ireland. The Sparkle! BIG SHOW promises show-stopping costumes, immersive visual effects and plenty of audience participation, with classic songs from Hot Potato to Fruit Salad.
The line-up spans generations of Wiggles: founding member Anthony performs alongside his daughter Lucia (Blue Wiggles), Simon and Caterina (Red Wiggles), Lachy and John (Purple Wiggles), and Tsehay and Evie (Yellow Wiggles).
Wiggly Friends and Viral Star
They will be joined by Dorothy the Dinosaur, Wags the Dog, Henry the Octopus and Captain Feathersword, as well as the Tree of Wisdom – the viral star whose dance routines have amassed more than 200 million views online and attracted fans including Robert De Niro and Khloé Kardashian.
With tickets selling quickly, families hoping to attend are advised to secure their places soon to avoid disappointment.
