The Guardian is asking readers to share the one song that is guaranteed to get them on the dancefloor. Whether it is a classic disco hit, a pop favourite or an unexpected curveball, we want to hear about the track that never fails to move you.
What we want to know
Tell us the name of the song and the artist, and explain why it has that effect on you. Is it the beat, the memories or the sheer joy of the chorus? We are also interested in the setting where it works best—whether that is a wedding, a club night or a kitchen disco.
