Tickets for Oasis's 2027 tour have officially sold out after a weekend of huge demand, which saw fans around the world scrambling to get a spot. All 42 shows, including a run of 11 at Manchester's Etihad Stadium and a six-night residency at Knebworth, were snapped up across nine sales windows over three days.
Liam Gallagher Confirms Sell-Out
Confirming that all tickets were gone, Liam Gallagher wrote on X: "That's all folks we have officially sold out no more tickets left congratulations to everyone who got a ticket and to the people who didn't sneak in f*** it yolo." In a separate post, the Britpop band added: "Tickets for Oasis Live '27 have now sold out. See you in 2027!"
While many successful fans will be overjoyed at bagging tickets for the hotly anticipated tour, many more will be disappointed as they were left empty-handed. It has been estimated by TicketSource that around 7.3 million Oasis fans missed out on tickets for the 2027 tour.
Possibility of Extra Shows
Though hope may not be lost, as the current Ticketmaster stance on a future second sale states that "limited tickets may be released at a later date". For the 2025 tour, two extra shows at Wembley Stadium in London were added "due to phenomenal demand".
In 2024, hopeful fans ran into a number of issues while trying to buy tickets for the comeback tour. This included varying pricing and scalping, which saw tickets listed on resale sites for more than £1,000. Tickets were sold on a staggered, invitation-only ballot process and were available only to those who missed out on the original run of shows.
The band announced the two additional shows on September 4, 2024, just five days after the mass sale on August 31, 2024. So, if Oasis were to mirror what they did in their previous tour, then any additional shows would be announced in the coming days. Oasis has already announced four extra dates on the upcoming tour, including two at Knebworth on September 25 and 26, where they famously played two concerts in August 1996 to an audience of more than 100,000 fans each night.
Resale Warnings and Ticket Prices
Fans have been urged to be wary of ticket resellers, who emerged just minutes after the first sale window opened on Friday, September 25. Resale tickets will only be available via Ticketmaster and Twickets, at the price originally paid, nearer to the tour dates. Standard ticket prices were fixed and ranged between £71.50 and £266.60.
