McVitie's has launched a new biscuit, Jammy's, combining the best of two classic treats. Available in Raspberry and Apple flavours, each biscuit features a light, crumbly base dusted with icing sugar and a jam-filled centre. Priced at £1 per pack, they are now available at Iceland, B&M, and Ocado, with wider UK retail rollout from June 6.
The biscuits are star-shaped and come in packs of 13. While smaller in size, they are praised for their soft texture and tangy jam filling. The raspberry variant offers bright, tangy notes, while the apple flavour provides a crisp, zesty taste. A reviewer noted the biscuits are reminiscent of McVitie's BN Happy Faces but with a superior biscuit quality.
Bethan Ashman, Brand Manager for McVitie's, said: “We’re excited to introduce Jammy’s Raspberry and Apple flavour to our growing biscuit range. With a soft, fruity centre, these biscuits are a fun, flavour-packed option – perfect for sharing and snacking.”
The biscuits have been tested by a toddler, who enthusiastically asked for more, indicating their appeal for lunchboxes. The reviewer concluded that Jammy's are a nostalgic and moreish treat worth buying again.
