Lakefest Returns to Eastnor Castle Deer Park
One of the UK's most loved family-friendly music festivals, Lakefest, returns next month at the stunning Eastnor Castle Deer Park at the foot of the Malvern Hills in Ledbury, Herefordshire. The independent event features big headliners from all genres, children's shows, world-class food and art, beautiful scenery, and good vibes.
Line-up and Highlights
This year's line-up includes The Charlatans, Madness, Example, Bananarama, Soul II Soul, the Lightning Seeds, Scouting for Girls, East 17, and Reef. Dance heavyweights such as Todd Terry, Judge Jules, and Lisa Lashes are also part of the bill. The festival runs from Wednesday, August 5 to Sunday, August 9, attracting more than 20,000 revellers each year.
Lakefest boasts 12 stages, including one hosted by Steam Co, which aims to inspire creativity in children. Parents can enjoy live bands, dance floors like the Retrospective of House and Funky Town, live comedy, or join their children for magic shows, storytelling, beat-boxing, BMX stunt shows, wrestling, circus acts, and a Kapow Gaming arena.

Weekend tickets are available from £229.99 for adults, £119.99 for teenagers (aged 13-17), £35.99 for children (aged 5-12), and free for infants (aged 0-4). Thursday, August 6 is headlined by The Charlatans, with EMF, Ferocious Dog, and The Bluetones. Other stages include General Levy, Tinchy Stryder, and Woody Cook. Friday, August 7 is headlined by Example, alongside Soul II Soul, The Undertones, and Harleymoon Kemp. Other stages include Newton Faulkner, David Rodigan, and Bez.
Saturday, August 8 is headlined by Madness, with Scouting for Girls and The Entitled Sons. Other stages include Reef, Jaguar Skills, and Senser. Sunday, August 9 is headlined by Bananarama, featuring the Lightning Seeds, Elvana, and Chesney Hawkes. Other stages include East 17 and Dub Catalyst.
