Californian artist Hannah Lew is set to release her self-titled debut album on 10 April via Night School Records. The album features nine tracks that blend bass-driven disco with sparse electronic beats, showcasing a maximalist melancholy reminiscent of Chromatics and Molly Nilsson. Lew, a mainstay of the San Francisco Bay Area creative scene, has previously played in indie trio Grass Widow and electronic group Cold Beat, and also runs a record shop, visual art practice, and film-making.
