Cruz Beckham is set to embark on the European leg of his tour with his band, Cruz Beckham and the Breakers, amid ongoing tensions within the Beckham family. The 21-year-old musician announced his departure on Instagram on Tuesday, telling his 2.3 million followers: 'Back on tour tomorrow, I love ya.' His next show is in Paris on 19 March, but he will leave London a day early to prepare.
The tour will take Cruz and his band to Paris, Amsterdam, and Berlin before returning to London for three sell-out gigs at The Courtyard Theatre. This marks their first performances in Europe, following successful shows in cities such as Birmingham and Bristol. A reporter from Bristol Live praised Cruz's singing voice, noting that despite his nerves, he delivered a stellar performance.
Cruz divides his time between London, the Cotswolds, and Miami, where his parents own properties. David and Victoria Beckham have frequently attended his gigs and publicly expressed their pride. In February, Victoria shared a video of Cruz singing, writing: 'We couldn't be prouder of you.' On his 21st birthday, David described him as 'kind, considerate and fiercely loyal.'
Meanwhile, the family rift with older brother Brooklyn Beckham remains evident. Brooklyn omitted his mother from a Mother's Day post, instead celebrating his mother-in-law. In January, he stated on Instagram that he does 'not want to reconcile' with his estranged family. However, Cruz remains hopeful. Earlier this month, when asked about reconciliation, he responded: 'I hope to.' He also recently appeared to mock Brooklyn's cooking videos, posting a clip of himself cooking with the caption: 'Wanna see the best cooking video ever? Don't watch this then.'
