Rudolph Drone Light Show at Aintree: dates and tickets

The Rudolph Drone Light Show, presented by Immersive Drone Light Shows, will make its UK debut at Aintree Racecourse on Saturday, December 19, with tickets starting from £20.99 for adults.

The production will use hundreds of synchronised LED drones to bring Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer's story to life on an enormous scale, with illuminated characters and festive scenes appearing high above the racecourse. The event has been created as a Christmas experience for families and those of all ages.

What visitors can expect

Visitors can expect fairground rides, face painting and food stalls. The experience is said to "combine the familiarity of Rudolph's story with the scale and visual impact of hundreds of illuminated drones moving together above the audience."

The production offers large-scale aerial animations without the loud explosive bangs, smoke or falling debris associated with fireworks, making the experience ideal for audiences looking for a different kind of outdoor evening experience. The story of Rudolph will unfold across the night sky through precision drone choreography, cinematic sound, light and music, turning the sky itself into a vast moving canvas.
