Oktoberfest on Tour is heading to Sunderland for a three-day festival from October 16-18, 2026. The event will take over High Street West, near Keel Square, promising giant steins, authentic Oktoberfest décor, traditional German food, a live 5-piece Oompah band, and a funky Bavarian DJ.

The touring event, which also visits Dundee, Nottingham, and Liverpool, is billed as the 'ultimate' Oktoberfest experience. A teaser for the event reads: 'Raise your stein, sing along to all the classics and dance on the benches as our incredible performers keep the party going all night long! So dust off your Lederhosen and Dirndls and get ready to experience the best of Bavarian culture right in the heart of Sunderland!'
Sessions and Tickets
The Sunderland Oktoberfest kicks off with a 6-11pm session on Friday, October 16, followed by 12-5 and 6-11pm sessions on Saturday, and a family-friendly afternoon session on the final day.
