Oasis fans who missed the band's reunion tour last year may get a second chance in 2027, with potentially more reasonable ticket prices, according to former publicist Johnny Hopkins.
Noel and Liam Gallagher are reportedly planning new live dates in 2027, including shows at Knebworth, where the band played their biggest concerts in 1996. Hopkins speculated that ticket prices could be lower than last year's shows, which faced fan backlash over Ticketmaster's alleged use of dynamic pricing.

Speaking at a Q&A in London, Hopkins said: "I imagine they will do it much more reasonably. I was really surprised the tickets were done the way they were. Ticketmaster put their hands up and took the blame for it."
Last year's reunion shows sold out within minutes, but fans complained as ticket prices appeared to rise while they were in the queue. The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) investigated the sale but found no evidence of algorithmic dynamic pricing. Instead, Ticketmaster used tiered pricing, with cheaper tickets selling out first, leaving more expensive ones for later buyers.
Investigation outcome
Oasis also believed Ticketmaster had used dynamic pricing and released a statement disagreeing with the practice. Ticketmaster UK managing director Andrew Parsons told the Business and Trade Select Committee there was "no technology-driven change to those price" and prices did "not move during the on-sale period".
However, Ticketmaster has agreed to provide clearer information about ticket prices in advance. The CMA said the company may have misled fans by selling "platinum" tickets for more than twice the standard price without clarifying they offered no extra benefits. Ticketmaster will now inform fans if tiered pricing is used 24 hours in advance and provide more price information during online queues.
Knebworth licence secured
This week, SJM Concerts, promoter of Oasis's 2025 reunion tour, secured a premises licence for Knebworth House from North Hertfordshire Council. The licence allows events for up to 125,000 people and permits live music and dance until 3am. Monday 10 August and Tuesday 11 August will mark the 30th anniversary of Oasis's 1996 Knebworth shows, which attracted over 250,000 attendees over a single weekend.
