Liverpool ONE's annual Halloween Party returned on Saturday, October 31, with a costume competition, workshops, and performances throughout the afternoon. The event, held from 11am to 4pm, brought a range of family-friendly activities to the city centre shopping complex.
Costume Competition and Prizes
The Halloween fancy dress competition returned, with the winner taking home £200 to spend at Liverpool ONE, and prizes on offer for the runners-up. Attendees embraced the theme with costumes inspired by film, television, and books, including a Pennywise look and a costume from Little Shop of Horrors.
Activities and Entertainment
The ghoulish celebrations included performances, monsters, and free events across the area. Families enjoyed drumming workshops, face painting, zombie dance workshops, street performers, and eerie characters such as witches and the "Humber monster". The afternoon's entertainment was hosted by radio presenter Leanne Campbell.
The event showcased an array of spooky outfits, with many participants going all out on their costumes. A gallery of 20 images captured the day's highlights, including dancers entertaining the crowd and a girl on the Halloween costume catwalk.
