Edinburgh Sunflower Trail Returns to Balgone Estate
Edinburgh Sunflower Trail Returns to Balgone Estate

The sunflower trail at Balgone Estate in North Berwick is back for another year, opening tomorrow (Friday, August 7) and running until Sunday, August 23. Located just 30 minutes outside Edinburgh, the experience offers visitors a two-hour wander through fourteen acres of golden sunflower fields.

What to Expect

Ticketed per car, the trail allows guests to explore the sea of sunflowers and take home a hand-picked bouquet. A station is available on site to trim and tie bunches, and visitors can enjoy freshly grilled food from a farm-to-fork BBQ, browse local food vendor stalls, and listen to live music.

The fields are filled with Instagrammable photo opportunities hidden among the blooms, making it a popular spot for capturing memorable moments.

Ideal for photographs and photographers, making sure you capture moments that belong just to you."
