Event Details and Cancellation

The event was billed as one of the UK's biggest shopping and lifestyle expos, bringing together more than 200 brands, entrepreneurs, creatives and community organisations. It was due to run from 12pm to 9pm at the arena, which is the UK's largest indoor venue.

The cancellation update read: "MONOS Group and Co-op Live confirm that due to unforeseen circumstances MONOS Markets 2026, scheduled for 2026 will no longer go ahead, and the event is now cancelled."

Refunds and Response

The organisers confirmed that all ticket holders will be refunded in full. "Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method and no action is required. Exhibitors and partners are being contacted directly," the statement added.

The post thanked Co-op Live for its professionalism and cooperation, and also thanked partners, speakers, volunteers and exhibitors. "Your standards were exemplary, and we are sorry that this outcome denies you the day you had prepared for," it said. The organisers stated their focus is now on processing refunds and supporting those affected.
