The designer earrings come with a hefty price tag of £3,200, but a strikingly similar alternative is now available for a fraction of the cost.
H. Samuel is selling the 9ct Three Colour Gold Triple Row Small Hoop Earrings for £169, featuring intertwined bands of rose gold, silver and gold. The high street version is more than £3,000 cheaper than Kate's pair, offering shoppers a way to recreate the royal look without breaking the bank.
The Princess's original earrings are rumoured to have been a Christmas gift from Prince William, and are thought to pay tribute to the late Princess Diana, who was a known admirer of Cartier's Trinity collection and often wore the matching ring.
Kate has recently championed affordable fashion on several public outings. During a visit to Castle Hill Academy for Children's Mental Health Week, she wore Boden's Nya Penny Loafers, priced at £119. She paired them with a With Nothing Underneath shirt in Sky Blue, which costs £95 and remains in stock.
This is not the first time the Princess has supported these brands. Last year, she wore With Nothing Underneath's 100% Yak Wool Cardigan in Coffee during a trip to Northern Ireland, and Boden's Eva Cashmere T-shirt during a visit to Marina Mill in September.
