Country music star and mother-of-four Jessie James Decker has unveiled a vibrant new swimwear collection in partnership with Cupshe, perfectly timed for the spring season. The 37-year-old singer, known for hits like "I Look So Good" and "Boys In The Summer," has co-designed the Casa del Sol line, featuring an array of bright colours with yellow and orange taking centre stage.
A Sunny Collaboration for Spring
Decker announced the launch on her Instagram account, writing: "My @cupshe co-design collection is officially LIVE!! Welcome to Casa del Sol, a place where everything faces the sun." She accompanied the announcement with a video showcasing herself modelling the new collection by a swimming pool, wearing various bikinis and one-piece swimsuits.
The brand echoed her enthusiasm on social media, stating: "The sun's out and so is Casa del Sol Drop 2! Chemistry this strong deserves coordination." This follows last year's successful collaboration between Decker and Cupshe, with the singer noting: "Y'all loved our collection last year, so we made this one even more vibrant to brighten up your vacation wardrobe!"
Fitness Philosophy and Inspiration
Decker, who maintains a size two figure, has previously discussed her fitness regimen with DailyMail.com, revealing a significant shift in her approach to health and wellness. "I shifted my whole thought process on dieting," she explained. "I would count my calories and diet and do more cardio but I realized that wasn't working for my body anymore."
The singer, who is married to former football star Eric Decker, now focuses on strength training and proper nutrition. "I work out 3-4 times a week with heavy weights, circuit training and light cardio. I also eat as many whole foods as possible," she detailed. "This is the best I have felt in so long and I know it's from shifting my mind set too, on top of my new eating and work out habits."
Decker has moved away from obsessive calorie counting, instead focusing on visual progress. "I used to obsess over the scale counting calories, but now I don't get on the scale (but maybe once every couple weeks) and focus on before and after pix to watch my progress," she shared.
Musical Career and Personal Inspiration
Beyond her fashion ventures, Decker maintains an active music career with several albums to her name, including "Winter Wonderland" (2009), "Southern Girl City Lights" (2018), and "I Still Love You" (2022). Her fitness inspiration comes from an iconic source: Jennifer Lopez.
"I love JLO! She is one of my biggest inspirations," Decker revealed. "She is one of those women that didn't take no for an answer. She wants to do it all, so she does. I think we can do anything we put our mind to and that's exactly what I plan to keep on doing."
Decker's current philosophy embraces balance and strength. "I want to get strong, put on good muscle and feel good and if I want to eat pasta and cookies, I eat it. I put those carbs towards my next work out for energy," she stated, emphasizing her commitment to sustainable health practices that work with her body's needs rather than against them.
