Vintage trucks, tractors and buses on display before Ayrshire tour

The Ayrshire Roadrun, an annual procession of vintage commercial trucks, tractors, buses and more, will take place over the weekend of Saturday, July 11 and Sunday, July 12, 2026. Organised by the Ayrshire Commercial Vintage Vehicle Club, the event offers enthusiasts a chance to see these historic vehicles up close.

Static Display at Barony Campus

Before the convoy sets off, a static display will be held at the Barony Campus in Cumnock from 9am until 12noon on Saturday, July 11. Visitors can view the vehicles in the school car park during this time.

After the display, the convoy will depart and travel through the region, making a pit-stop at Castle Douglas Cattle Market and then proceeding to Portpatrick. Spectators can catch the convoy at various points along the route.
