Lilidorei, located at The Alnwick Garden in Northumberland, is the world's largest play structure, costing £15 million to build. The fantastical village features a 26-metre-high castle, 170 metres of rope bridges, and six slides, including one 24 metres high. Designed for children up to age 11, the park is home to fairies, elves, and hobgoblins, and is ruled by Lord Elfwin, King of Lilidorei, who lives in the central play structure.
What Lilidorei Offers
Children can explore the colourful village, climb the castle, and use ladders and swings. Staff members, known as 'secret keepers', explain the fictional world and ensure safety. The park is estimated to entertain children for up to three hours. Adults are not left out—there are food and drink lodges, a gift shop, and the park is within the grounds of Alnwick Castle, used as Hogwarts in the Harry Potter films. Lilidorei also hosts over-18s adults night events.

On TikTok, a video by @dayoutwiththekids has over 227,000 likes, with comments like 'Sod the kids I want to go' and 'Will it look weird if I, an unmarried, childless grown woman, go alone?'
