Fans of the blockbuster musical Wicked are expected to flock to Alnwick Castle this Saturday for an outdoor sing-along screening of the original film. Organised by Adventure Cinema, the event promises a "bewitching" experience in the stunning Northumberland landmark.

The al fresco screening will begin at 7:30pm, with gates to the Castle Gardens opening at 5:30pm. Limited tickets remain available from the Adventure Cinema website, priced at £15.63.
Wicked, starring Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba and Ariana Grande as Glinda, became a global box office hit in 2024, featuring beloved songs such as Popular, The Wizard and I, and Defying Gravity. The sequel, For Good, followed in November 2025.
