I'm a Celebrity All-Stars Future Revealed After Chaotic Final

The future of I'm a Celebrity: South Africa has been revealed following a chaotic live final that saw hosts Ant and Dec forced to intervene. According to reports, ITV does not plan to release another all-stars series until 2029, despite high viewer interest.

Final Chaos Unfolds

The finale, which aired on 24 April, was marked by tension as former contestants Jimmy Bullard and David Haye repeatedly interrupted the hosts. Bullard accused Adam Thomas of being "abusive, aggressive and intimidating," claiming ITV edited out Thomas's alleged use of expletives. Ant McPartlin disagreed, stating he did not find Thomas's behaviour aggressive, prompting the audience to chant Thomas's name. Sinitta then walked off set, followed by Gemma Collins.

Viewer Ratings and Future Plans

Around 2.8 million viewers watched the live show. However, a source told The Sun: "The aim was never for it to be made or be on air in 2027, even though there may be an appetite for that right now. The aim was to deliver something as a special show that was on from time to time, not an annual revisit." The regular series will air as usual in November.

Aftermath

Thomas won the series with 58% of the vote, followed by Mo Farah (32%) and Harry Redknapp (10%). After the show, Haye and Bullard were reportedly asked to leave the studio. A show source told The Independent: "Some campmates were uncomfortable being on stage with David and Jimmy, so we sent them home during Unpacked."
