The show follows Davis Lindo, a former Royal Military Police sergeant who aspires to be a Scotland Yard detective but ends up training as a detective constable in Aberdeen. He partners with DS Lara Bartlett, and together they investigate the murder of a prominent oil tycoon, uncovering a fierce corporate power struggle.
Romario Simpson and Hannah Donaldson star as Lindo and Bartlett, with Dawn Steele as DCI Cora MacMillan and Bhav Joshi as DI Jaiyush Mallick. New characters appear across seasons.
