Victoria Beckham's Beauty Secrets Revealed as She Turns 52

Victoria Beckham has been hailed as a member of 'Club Ageless' after celebrating her 52nd birthday. The former Spice Girl and fashion designer is known for her flawless skin and strict beauty routine, which includes gruelling workouts, a seven-step skincare regime, and reportedly eating the same lunch for 25 years.

One of her key treatments is a 'mini facelift' performed by facialist Keren Bartov. In a video shared last year, Keren used a medical device around Victoria's eyes, describing it as 'ultrasound with radiofrequency' to boost collagen and lift the skin. The bespoke treatment costs between £500 and £1,200 per session.

Victoria works out six or seven times a week, often starting at 5:30am. She does a 30-minute Stairmaster session alone before training with her personal trainer and husband David Beckham. She also runs 7km on the treadmill while watching boxsets, and has incorporated heavy weightlifting to build muscle.

Her diet is super strict: she eats healthy fats like fish, avocado, and nuts, and has been gluten-free for years, avoiding wheat, flour, meat, sugar, processed foods, and dairy. She drinks alcohol occasionally but detoxes for three to six months at a time.

Victoria's skincare routine includes her own brand's Cell Rejuvenating moisturiser and The Daily Cleansing Protocol. She emphasises cleansing as the most important step, both morning and night, to remove makeup and oils without stripping the skin.
