Ulrika Jonsson Goes Topless in Greek Holiday Selfie

Ulrika Jonsson has shared a topless mirror selfie on Instagram during a girls' getaway to Greece, displaying the results of her efforts to reverse years of sun damage. The former Celebrity Big Brother winner posted the photo, captioned "Hot potato," in which she strategically used her arm to cover her chest and maintain modesty while hiding her face.

Tan and Swimwear Showcase

In the image, Jonsson's tan is visible on her arms and stomach. She also wore a sarong tied around her waist and shared a photo of the bikinis she packed for the trip, including red, peach, and orange swimsuits hung on a balcony rail to dry, according to the Mirror.

Sun Damage Reversal Journey

The Swedish-born star has previously discussed her former 'worship' of the sun and her need to break her habit of using sunbeds. Writing in a column for You Magazine, she said: "As a Nordic child who might only see five to six hours of daylight in winter, I sought out and worshipped the sun whenever I could. I now have a greater respect for my skin." She added: "I have not sat in the sun since the day I met [surgeon] Dr Dhillon and I will never use a sunbed again. The miracle is that since I've had help with my skin, I've been wearing SPF every day − even through winter."

Non-Surgical Procedures and Sobriety

In March, the star revealed she was fighting to undo years of sun damage that had left her feeling she would "age badly." She opted for biostimulators, non-surgical procedures that encourage natural collagen production, and received Evolus Dermal Filler, a hyaluronic acid treatment for moderate lines and creases. Additionally, she gave up alcohol, describing sobriety as a "spiritual awakening." Speaking on In Recovery Ark House Rehab, she stated: "I had a spiritual awakening − really it's just like I was waiting for this my whole life. I felt safe after my first meeting. I felt like I belonged there after my first in person meeting. There is so much in the programme that should be taught in schools. I pass on bits to my kids." She concluded: "It completely changed me. It has the ability to change you as a person and it felt like I was waiting for this my whole life. Life will throw stuff at me still but now I deal with it in a completely different way. I went from not wanting to live to now wanting to squeeze every moment out of my life."
