Influencer Tammy Hembrow has revealed she is undergoing laser tattoo removal to erase three tattoos, including two that reference her ex-husband, Matt Zukowski. The 31-year-old shared the news on her Instagram Story just a day after Zukowski made several personal disclosures about their marriage on the Australian version of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!.
In the video, Hembrow said she is removing the date of her wedding to Zukowski from her wrist and his name from her hip, adding that she 'doesn't need' them any more. She is also having a large flower tattoo removed from her back, which she has disliked for some time but had been hesitant to address due to fears about the pain involved.
Hembrow described the removal process as 'worse than getting a tattoo' but confirmed she had already started the procedure, sharing a clip of the laser treatment on her back. Zukowski, 30, who is currently appearing on the reality show in South Africa, also has tattoos referencing Hembrow, including their wedding date and the words 'always and forever' above his knee, but will have to wait until after the show to have them removed.
The tattoo removals come after Zukowski told campmates that their marriage 'publicly' lasted seven months but actually ended after just three. He also revealed that he is infertile and that the couple had considered IVF before divorcing. Hembrow has not publicly responded to his comments.
