Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash to Leave Pickle Cottage for New Mansion

Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash are reportedly set to move into a new eight-bedroom Victorian mansion in Essex, leaving behind their beloved Pickle Cottage. The couple, who have six children, are said to have fallen in love with the new property, which sits on 30 acres of land and features a lake and a swimming pool, according to the Mirror.

New Home Details

The new mansion costs nearly double the £1.3 million price of Pickle Cottage, but offers extra space for the large family. The couple share three children: Rex, seven; Rose, four; and Bella, three. Stacey also has two older sons, Zachary, 18, and Leighton, 13, while Joe has an 18-year-old son, Harry.

A source told the Sun: "They viewed the house and fell in love with it. It’s got extra space for the kids. Pickle Cottage only has five bedrooms. They have six children and then they need a room for themselves."

Renovation Plans

The source added that the move gives Stacey a chance to showcase her DIY skills: "It gives Stacey a chance to do more of her amazing DIY work as well. She has a great eye for interiors. This house needs a bit of love and work to make it the absolute dream home where they can make new memories."

Dispelling Split Rumours

Moving into a new home together is expected to dispel rumours of marital issues. Speculation began in March when Stacey was seen without her wedding ring, and later intensified when it was revealed the couple are not legally married. Stacey addressed this on Instagram, explaining that their 2022 garden ceremony was a religious blessing, not a legal marriage, due to licensing requirements. She said: "We will get legally married at a later point."

Stacey and Joe first met on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! in 2010 and became a couple in 2016.
