Sharon Osbourne Steps Out With Kelly 4 Months After Ozzy's Death
Sharon Osbourne's First Outing Since Ozzy's Death

Sharon Osbourne has made her first public appearance since the passing of her legendary husband, Ozzy Osbourne, stepping out for a glitzy London event alongside her daughter, Kelly.

A Poignant Return to the Spotlight

The 73-year-old television personality and music manager was photographed for the first time in four months, having largely stayed out of the public eye following Ozzy's death in July. The rock icon, known worldwide as the Prince of Darkness, died at the age of 76 at their family home in Buckinghamshire.

His passing came just weeks after he returned to the stage with Black Sabbath for a farewell concert, leaving the nation and his legions of fans in mourning. Sharon was previously seen looking emotional as she viewed the hundreds of floral tributes left for her husband at the Black Sabbath bench in his hometown of Birmingham.

A Glamorous Night Out in London

Breaking her period of seclusion, Sharon attended an event hosted by Rebecca Vallance at Aki London. For the occasion, she dazzled in a long, black sequinned dress featuring full-length sleeves and dramatic shoulder pads, accessorised with a brown necklace, drop earrings, and a black clutch bag.

She was accompanied by her daughter Kelly, who wore a pink and silver sequinned halter-neck gown. In a touching display of solidarity, Sharon held tightly onto Kelly's hand as they posed for photographers, both smiling for the cameras. The event also saw them rubbing shoulders with other notable figures including Holly Valance, Amber Le Bon, and Zara Tindall.

Family Support and I'm A Celebrity Antics

The family outing comes as Sharon's son, Jack Osbourne, is currently competing on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! in the Australian jungle. Both Sharon and Kelly have been watching his progress back home, with Kelly recently revealing her mother's concerned reaction to Jack's first solo Bushtucker Trial.

As they watched him tackle an underwater challenge, Sharon was seen with her head in her hands, nervously tapping her daughter during the most tense moments. Kelly recounted on their podcast, 'I was holding my breath, and I realised half way through the first commercial I was still holding my breath.' Sharon chimed in, expressing her worry about the 'lobsters and toads' he faced. However, their anxiety turned to pride and celebration when Jack successfully completed the trial.

In a candid moment on The Osbournes podcast, Sharon also opened up about her grief, confessing, "I hate going to bed at night." Kelly shared that she had slept with her mother for the first two months after Ozzy's death so she wouldn't be alone. Kelly also revealed the particular difficulty of mornings, stating, "I wake up and for the first three seconds I feel normal. And then I remember everything. Mornings are the hardest for me... I used to spend most of my time with Dad in the morning."
