Rochelle Humes has been sharing photos from Ibiza, where she joined her sister Lili Piper to mark her 30th birthday. The This Morning presenter and her husband Marvin Humes have been documenting the trip on social media.
Reunion after years apart
Lili and Sophie Piper are Rochelle's half-sisters. They were reunited in 2019 after not seeing each other since childhood, thanks to Love Island winner Kem Cetinay. Rochelle previously explained on the Happy Mum Happy Baby Podcast how Kem introduced them at a Christmas party.
Rochelle recalled: "I was at our management's Christmas party and Love Island's Kem was there. He was chatting away and said, 'I got to talk to you... as soon as I became a celeb, I promised my friend Lili that I would talk to you as she's your sister on your dad's side'."
She added: "I knew of her and met up with her when I was five, but it was so complicated as they were a lot younger and my dad wasn't involved. On a drunken night out, Kem asked me if he could give her my number. She WhatsApped me and I didn't reply till the morning. We planned to go out for dinner with my other sister and brother and I made Marvin come with me because I was so scared."
Birthday celebrations
Since then, the siblings, along with brother Jake, have been inseparable. Rochelle and Marvin were keen to help Lili celebrate her milestone birthday in Ibiza. Rochelle shared photos on Instagram, writing: "My baby sis is turning 30, and we spent the last few days proving that these are the best years of your life… but unfortunately, the hangovers are the worst. Happy 30th queen @lili.piper we DEFINITELY got silly."
Marvin responded: "Think this trip may have been the best one yet!"
Fans react to resemblance
Fans were quick to comment on the striking likeness between Rochelle and her sisters. One wrote: "The gene pool needs studying… insane." Another said: "The genes in this family are insane." A third commented: "Ummm, did you know that one of them gorgeous women stole your whole face? Just checking you knew," to which Rochelle replied with crying laughing emojis.
