Despite the setback, the Duke of Sussex continued with his prepared remarks and gave a passionate speech.

Speaking exclusively to Sky Vegas, body language expert Judi James analyzed Harry's first on-air appearance since returning to the UK. She identified nearly ten cues indicating his true feelings beneath the motivational words. According to James, Harry showed visible signs of regret in a bombshell on-air moment.
“As he walked to the stage Harry began a series of checking auto-contact rituals that suggested a desire to self-soothe and self-calm. He touched the knot of his tie then he touched the tie again and his jacket as he stood behind the lectern,” Judi remarked.
Self-Soothing Gestures and Confidence Reboot
James noted that as Harry started speaking, he scratched his waist before shrugging his shoulders and puffing his chest in what appeared to be a confidence reboot. “The hand went to the side of his belt again and then when he had finished his speech there was a very low-key exit from the man who is massively popular with this audience,” she added.

His lips continued to work away as he collected his notes and he walked off stage in a low-key, unsmiling way rather than his usual smiling, cheeky, personable type of sign-off to applause,” Judi explained.

James concluded: “As he stepped off stage and across the floor he placed his hand across his chest or heart, suggesting either loyalty to his Invictus group or feelings of being wounded from outside events.” Despite the analysis, Harry was all smiles as he waved at cameras upon leaving Chatham House.
