Pip Edwards and Her Lookalike Mum Enjoy Mother's Day Lunch
Pip Edwards has proven that the apple does not fall far from the tree. The fashion designer shared two images to her Instagram Stories on Sunday as she celebrated at a Mother's Day lunch with her family.
In the photos, the 46-year-old posed alongside her lookalike mum, Gloria Edwards, as the pair sat down to a meal at Bondi Icebergs. Also attending the lunch was Pip's father, Barrie, and her son, Justice Maximus Single, 20.
'Same but different! Happy Mother's Day our queen,' Pip wrote in her caption, tagging her mother. The family resemblance was obvious as the mother and daughter cuddled up for sweet selfies.
Previous Celebrations and New Romance
On Friday, Pip attended an exclusive Mother's Day lunch hosted by Marie Claire in Sydney. She was joined by TikTok queen Indy Clinton and former Sunrise presenter Melissa Doyle at the event, which was held at swanky Potts Point brasserie Franca.
It comes after Pip made her relationship with Sydney businessman Nicholas Nogarotto Instagram official last month. The P.E. Nation founder holidayed with her beau in Tasmania and took to Instagram with a photo of herself and Nicholas exploring the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) in Hobart.
In the photo, which was taken from a top-down angle, the couple were seen standing side-by-side on top of a striking floor design made up of glowing white square panels arranged in a grid. The couple appeared to be mid-conversation as they marvelled at the experiential art installation.
Pip shared yet another glimpse at her new boyfriend by uploading a photo of him sitting at a restaurant with her close friend, celebrity interior stylist Steve Cordony. The couple were staying at Saffire Freycinet, a luxury resort located on Tasmania's East Coast, where suites can cost $5,000 per night.
The fashion designer has shared a series of envy-inducing photos showcasing her lavish hotel room and the spectacular views of Hazards Mountain and Great Oyster Bay.
Relationship and Career
Pip and Nick's romantic holiday came days after the mother-of-one spoke for the first time about her new relationship in an interview with the Daily Mail. 'I'm happy. Very happy,' she said when quizzed on how things were going with Nick while attending a promotional event for Biolae at Icebergs.
Nick works as a director of the business consultancy firm Freshwater Strategy and as non-executive director at the non-profit Karitane. He was once the executive director at global consultancy firm CT Group, but left the role in 2022 after 11 years with the company.
Pip debuted her relationship with Nick earlier this year when the couple attended a VIP-only Prada party in Sydney.
