Paris Fury Jokes About Bridesmaid Selling Dress on Vinted

Paris Fury has lightheartedly poked fun at one of her daughter Venezuela's bridesmaids who was trying to sell her dress from the wedding online. This comes only one day after Paris came to her defence when fans criticised her for flogging the gown.

Bridesmaid's Listing Goes Viral

Libby Peat, one of Venezuela's 18 bridesmaids, posted a listing for her bridesmaid's dress on reseller site Vinted on 20 May. She also posted a video to TikTok, where she said: "Who wants to buy my bridesmaid dress super broke right now could use the money." She added in the caption: "I'm being dead serious taking offers. Need the cash to buy outfits for Ascot."

Fans criticised her for trying to get money for the dress, with one saying: "Sure your mate would be thrilled!?!" Another said: "You could've asked Venezuela first, she would've borrowed you money for Ascot." A third said: "Who paid for the dress, as that's who should sell it."

Paris Defends and Then Jokes

But Paris defended her daughter's friend in the comments. She said: "I told her to go for it. She can't exactly wear it again." When Libby reposted the comment, Paris then made light of the situation, jokingly asking: "Did it sell Libby?"

The Vinted listing for the dress has been taken down, so Libby has either sold the dress or decided not to sell it on Vinted anymore. Whilst the listing was up, the dress price was set at £525.70, including buyer protection. The description said: "Bespoke handmade and hand-beaded bridesmaid dress worn once the train doesn't come with just tight-fitted skirt and corset size 8 lace-up back."

Libby Defends Herself

In a separate video, Libby defended herself for selling the dress. She said: "Guys, unfortunately it's just not that serious. Sorry, it's never that serious over a dress I've already worn, can't exactly wear it again. Can't exactly wrap it up and put it in a plastic bag and put it in my 10ft long, 5ft wide caravan for the next 40 years. Doesn't seem like a feasible plan, so it was either sell it or put it in the bin."

"So if you want to buy it please do I've got places to be, people to see, champagne to buy and horses to bet on! But it's never that serious, sorry to burst your bubble. The comments left on that video were a bit diabolical. They're getting a bit out of hand now."

Wedding Details and Honeymoon

The baby blue dress was worn to both the ceremony and reception of Venezuela Fury and Noah Price's wedding over the weekend. Venezuela's parents, Tyson and Paris, reportedly spent £40,000 on their daughter's wedding dress alone.

A source explained how much money was said to have spent on the wedding and honeymoon to The Sun. They said: "Tyson and Paris gave Venezuela and Noah a wedding present of £5million to kick-start their life, obviously, they were over the moon. Some family members thought it was a lot of money for a young couple so there were some mixed feelings - but it's up to Tyson and Paris."

They added that Tyson also paid for the honeymoon, which was said to have cost £30,000. The two teen newlyweds are currently in Marbella, soaking up the sunshine from the poolside. In videos posted to Venezuela's TikTok account, fans could see all the details of their trip.

In one picture, the bride was biting into what looked like pizza, as she held a bottle of Coca-Cola and had two bowls of pasta in front of her. Over the top, she wrote: "Lyrics speak for themself x". The lyrics of the song, ICY GRL by Saweetie, that played said: "Cash money mamma, I be dining in Bahamas with that fettuccine pasta with the scallops and the lobsters. I don't got no time for these h**s, saying my name like I'm someone that they know."

Venezuela also shared snaps of their resort. In one picture, she posed in a multicoloured bikini by a pool. In a further upload, she showed off a fruity drink she got from Astral Cocktail Bar, on the beachfront in Puerto Banus, before sharing a Five Guys feast with her new husband as they tucked into fries, cheeseburgers and a milkshake.
