Melanie Chisholm, known as Sporty Spice, has revealed that she had a word with Geri Horner after her Spice Girls bandmate wore a white dress to her wedding last month. The 52-year-old married Chris Dingwall in a ceremony in the Lake District, surrounded by friends and family.

In photos from the day, the bride posed with Geri, Emma Bunton, and Melanie Brown. Mel C wore a white gown designed by Victoria Beckham, who could not attend. Mel B wore a cream long-sleeved dress, and Emma wore a white and pink suit, but Geri's floor-length white dress with floral detailing drew attention.
Mel C's reaction
In an interview on Australian radio station Kiis1065, Mel C laughed about Geri's outfit choice. "I did have a little chat with Geri because it is her favourite colour," she said. "She wears it every day. But she had a beautiful floral dress on and it was white white... I did have a little giggle with her about that."
Victoria Beckham's absence
Mel C also addressed Victoria's absence, saying she was "very disappointed" to miss the wedding. Victoria was in New York with David Beckham, who had commitments as a FIFA ambassador. Mel C noted that Victoria made her dress and messaged her on the day. She also mentioned that several Spice Girls tracks were on the playlist, and she walked back up the aisle to a rendition of "2 Become 1".
