Former Love Island star Casey O'Gorman has opened up about his sexuality in a candid interview, revealing he's "not 100% straight" and discussing whether he'd ever return to the hit ITV2 dating show.
The 27-year-old reality star, who appeared in the 2023 winter series, admitted he's open to dating men in the future but hasn't explored that side of himself yet. "I'm not 100% straight, put it that way," Casey revealed.

When asked if he'd consider going back into the villa, Casey was surprisingly open to the idea: "I'd never say never. I think if the opportunity came up, I'd definitely think about it."
The Essex native explained that his first experience on the show was positive overall, though he acknowledged the challenges of finding genuine connections in such an intense environment.
