Love Island winner Amber Rose Gill has completed a wing-walking stunt, strapped to the wing of a biplane flying more than 2,000ft above the ground at speeds exceeding 120mph, while eating bite-sized cheesecake treats.
The 29-year-old reality star was filmed during the challenge, which she said fulfilled a long-held ambition to try wing-walking. Despite the height and speed, she was seen casually enjoying Mini Moons cheesecake mochi.
A First for Her Bloodline
Amber said: "I've always wanted to try wing walking – I love anything dangerous, and I can definitely say I'm the first in my bloodline to try it."
She added: "I'm obsessed with Mini Moons from Little Moons, so I was very excited to take them along for the ride – I can officially say I've taken snacking to the next level – mission accomplished!"
The stunt was inspired by the viral 'First In My Bloodline' trend, where people share experiences, achievements, or unusual milestones that make them the first in their family to do something. The trend has seen users document everything from travelling abroad alone to graduating from university, with some taking a humorous approach.
Fans React to the Stunt
Fans responded to the adventure with surprise and admiration. One person joked: "Queen of side quests," while another wrote: "Girllll you be forever doing something crazy." A third fan commented: "Your [sic] the bravest girl," and another said: "Ok this looks terrifying! You're a badasss."
The challenge was organised by Little Moons, which said Amber became the first person in the world to eat its Mini Moons cheesecake mochi while wing-walking. The brand asked her to find an unusual place to enjoy a snack as part of a campaign celebrating the launch of its bite-sized cheesecake treats.
Campaign Research
Research commissioned for the campaign found that almost half of Brits believe nearly anywhere is an acceptable place to enjoy a snack.
Milly Tuck, Head of Brand Marketing at Little Moons, said: "Our First In My Bloodline campaign celebrates the new (and sometimes bizarre) places that Gen Z will snack versus their parents or grandparents. We challenged Amber to take snacking somewhere no one's taken it before – and she really delivered."
Tuck added: "Not only was it a first for her bloodline, but impressively the highest anyone's ever enjoyed Mini Moons."
