Lisa Moorish Unleashes Furious Social Media Attack on Lady Victoria Hervey Over Epstein Comments

Britpop singer Lisa Moorish, the former girlfriend of Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher, has launched a blistering public takedown of socialite Lady Victoria Hervey, branding the aristocrat "disgusting" after controversial comments about the Jeffrey Epstein files. The 54-year-old vocalist took to Instagram on Sunday to deliver a scathing response to Hervey's recent LBC interview, where the 49-year-old socialite suggested that being excluded from the recently released US Department of Justice documents was "an insult."

Nineties London Clubbing Scene Memories Surface

Moorish revealed she knew Hervey from their shared time on the London clubbing circuit during the 1990s, claiming the aristocrat "would follow me around, trying to be my friend" during their nights out. The South London-born singer, whose 1995 single I'm Your Man became a Top 30 hit, wrote in her Instagram post: "I remember us both being 'on the scene' 90s clubbing. And how you would follow me around, trying to be my friend."

She continued with brutal honesty: "I thought you were a boring d**k, but didn't seem to be a particularly bad person. Everyone thought you were naff as f**k love." Moorish admitted she initially felt "a bit sorry" for Hervey during their time on the London social scene, but her opinion changed dramatically in recent years.

Explosive Epstein Comments Spark Fury

The extraordinary public rebuke comes in direct response to Hervey's appearance on LBC last week, where she discussed the latest batch of Epstein documents released by the US Department of Justice. Speaking to presenter Tom Swarbrick, the aristocratic model made the jaw-dropping claim that not appearing in the files was tantamount to social irrelevance.

"He (Epstein) knew everybody that was very powerful," Hervey told LBC. "So like if you were on the scene and you were powerful – like to be honest, if you're not in those files, it would be an insult. Because it just means that you were a bit of a loser." When Swarbrick asked for clarification – "Right so the people who aren't in the files are losers" – she laughed and confirmed: "Yes."

Moorish's Scathing Accusations

In her fiery Instagram response, Moorish accused Hervey of defending a "loser child r*pe gang" with her shocking comments about the Epstein files. The singer, who has two children with her rock star exes – daughter Molly, 27, with Liam Gallagher, and son Astile, 22, with Libertines singer Pete Doherty – did not hold back in her criticism.

"I had no idea you were a virulent racist until your rabid racist posts about the US Black Lives Matter protests after the murder of George Floyd," Moorish alleged. "And your raging at a confederate slave owner rpist statue being defaced (standard from you defending these types eh?)"

The singer added: "I cursed you out under one of your posts on that, and unfollowed you. Thank god I had more sense than to accept your peado hand of frenemyship back then. Or I'd have been part of your loser child r*pe gang." Moorish concluded with a biting remark about Hervey's financial situation: "Someone said you're doing all this because you're skint and haven't got a rich boyfriend to pay for your trips to Ibiza."

Hervey's Epstein File Mentions and Royal Connections

The willowy blonde socialite, who dated the then-Prince Andrew in 1999, is mentioned in the Epstein files 23 times. She claimed during the interview that this was "because it's any journalist that wrote about it," though the nature of the references remains unclear. The documents, which include more than three million pages released this month, contain extensive redactions to protect victims' identities and ongoing investigations.

During the LBC interview, Hervey also defended Andrew Windsor-Mountbatten, who appears in numerous photographs within the released files. She described it as "very hard for anyone to kind of try and imagine being in his shoes," adding: "But he's a male, he's single, he needs to date. He's not going to be sitting in a monastery his whole life."

Wider Reactions and Support for Moorish

Moorish's fierce response has struck a chord with many online, who have praised her for speaking out against Hervey's comments about the Epstein files. Canadian-British fashion designer Patrick Cox commented: "Can’t stand her!! She used to practically stalk me in the 90s. Her trick was to attach herself to me as I was leaving a club so she’d get papped with me. The product of centuries of inbreeding..."

Hervey has previously defended Andrew by posting what many interpreted as mocking content about Virginia Giuffre, who died by suicide last year in Australia after claiming she was trafficked by Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell and forced to have sex with the former prince. Andrew has always denied all allegations of wrongdoing and said he has no recollection of meeting Giuffre.

The latest revelations come as Andrew was forced to vacate his £30 million, 31-room Royal Lodge residence earlier this week, relocating to the King's Sandringham Estate after his brother King Charles became increasingly concerned by allegations made against him. Daily Mail has approached Lady Victoria Hervey for comment regarding Moorish's explosive accusations.
