Armstrong, who has built a large online following, is known for sharing blunt and inspirational quotes. At the end of last month, she posted a barbed message about avoiding 'd*ckheads' rather than carbohydrates, followed by another post urging people to let others 'live their version of reality' while sitting 'with the truth in peace.'
The star's split from her boyfriend of three years reportedly came as a 'bolt out of the blue,' with a source telling the Daily Mail that the couple had been on a holiday together just eight weeks prior and appeared 'loved-up.' The insider added: 'There was no inkling that anything was wrong.'
Armstrong and the father-of-two began dating in 2020, when he was estranged from his wife. She was previously married to Ant McPartlin, who has since married Anne-Marie, his former PA. The couple recently welcomed their first child, Wilder Patrick McPartlin, in May 2024.
