Love Island star Liberty Poole has shared a series of unedited bikini photos on Instagram, encouraging her followers to embrace their natural bodies. The 23-year-old, who appeared on the 2021 series of the ITV show, posted a selection of snaps in a red plunging swimsuit, but admitted she was tempted to edit the images before posting.
In her candid caption, Poole wrote: 'Curvy and proud !! I was tempted to lift my natural boobs in this picture so they looked 'perfect' shrink the bloating but no this is me... So why would I, this is real and this is a normal body despite what beauty standards say just be you . MY BODY MY STANDARDS.'
The post received widespread praise from fellow Love Island stars, including Faye Winter, who commented 'You're amazing,' and Tasha Ghouri, who added 'Wow beautiful.' Lillie Haynes also commented, 'She is the moment, she is the legend.'
This is not the first time Poole has championed body positivity. Earlier this year, she hit back at trolls who criticised her 'big tummy' by posting photos in red lace lingerie on Valentine's Day, showing her stomach in different poses and urging fans to normalise imperfections.
