Former glamour model Katie Price has been spotted on a lavish central London shopping spree with her 18-year-old daughter, Princess Andre, just weeks after a judge warned her to rein in her 'extravagant' spending or risk losing half her income.
A Day of Luxury at Selfridges
The mother-daughter duo, who documented their day in a TikTok vlog, made Selfridges their primary destination. Katie Price, 47, who has been declared bankrupt twice, appeared undeterred by her financial woes as she treated Princess to a series of high-end purchases.
Katie was dressed in chic black leggings, an Adidas puffer jacket, and carried a Louis Vuitton bag. Princess, sporting a blue tracksuit and her signature blonde curls, remarked that her mum was "in her element" while shopping. The pair were seen laughing and trying on items together in the changing rooms, with Katie even joking about heading "to where the teenagers go" in the store.
Ignoring a Strict Judicial Warning
This outing comes directly after a reported warning from a judge. According to Metro, the court told Price she must cut out extravagant expenditures, with the stark consequence that failure to do so could see her "lose half of her income."
Despite this, the shopping trip continued unabated. Princess tried on a baby blue Adanola jacket, though it was not available in her size. Katie tried on heels to her daughter's approval, while Princess herself eyed a pair of Louis Vuitton trainers, declaring them "so nice" and perfect for her wardrobe.
Bags, Sandwiches and a Taxi Home
The trip was not without its humorous moments. In a display of down-to-earth behaviour amidst luxury, Katie was filmed unwrapping a meal deal sandwich in the upmarket surroundings of Cartier. "When you've gotta eat, you've gotta eat," she stated, while Princess jokingly narrated, "Mum's getting her packed lunch out."
By the end of the day, the pair were struggling under the weight of numerous shopping bags, primarily from Louis Vuitton and Selfridges. "Guys, this is ridiculous," Princess exclaimed as they left the department store. They hailed a taxi, with Katie admitting she was "absolutely knackered" from their "really tough day" – a comment they both quickly clarified was a joke.
Before catching a train home, they made a final stop at Starbucks for drinks, also picking up Mini Eggs and an egg sandwich. The video concluded with a tired-looking Katie surrounded by the spoils of their extravagant shopping trip, a stark contrast to the recent warnings from the bench about her finances.
