Katie Price has revealed the real reason behind her numerous cosmetic surgeries and the total amount she has paid for them, leaving former Love Island star Olivia Attwood stunned.

In the latest episode of Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection, which airs Tuesdays at 9pm on ITV2 and is available on ITVX, Olivia interviewed Katie about her extensive surgical history. Katie confirmed she had her first boob job at 18 and admitted she has lost track of how many breast augmentations she has had.
However, she advised others to wait, saying: "I don't think anyone should have anything done until they're 21."
Cost of surgeries and advice to others
Katie revealed she has paid £40,000 in total for surgery, which visibly astonished Olivia. She also discussed the mix of free and paid procedures, stating: "I've probably paid £40,000 in all for surgery."
She went on to say she no longer tells her family about her cosmetic work, as she's heard the same remarks for decades: "Everyone, everyone for 30 years it's, 'Katie you don't need this, you don't need that'. But if I want to do it, I'm doing it, that's just the way it is."
Reason behind surgeries
Katie explained her motivation: "I think there's a reason why I do it all and I think it is to do with men." She agreed with Olivia that turbulent past relationships have led her to seek self-validation.
She also mentioned that she now listens to surgeons more, saying: "If every surgeon had done what I wanted, I would look more like a freak of nature. I don't want to look freaky."
