Katie Price has revealed the total amount she has spent on cosmetic procedures over the years, leaving Olivia Attwood visibly shocked. The 48-year-old reality star made the admission during an appearance on Olivia's ITV series, The Price of Perfection.
Katie's Revelation
During their conversation, Olivia, 35, noted that Katie has been gifted some of her surgeries but pressed her for the total out-of-pocket cost. Katie replied: "I've probably paid £40,000 in all for surgery."
The answer left Olivia stunned, as she gasped and interrupted: "In total? Is that it?" Katie insisted she would have had the surgeries regardless of cost, adding: "I would pay for it if I wanna get it done."
Number of Procedures
Katie also disclosed that she has "no idea" how many cosmetic procedures she has undergone, estimating it to be around "30 or 40". Her first surgery was at age 20, for a boob job and liposuction.
Despite her extensive history, Katie said she no longer tells her loved ones when she's getting work done, as they rarely support her decisions. She shared: "I don't really tell them now - everyone, everyone for 30 years have been, 'Kate you don’t need this, you don’t need that' but if I wanna do it, I am doing it anyway."
Recent Surgery and Series
Katie's last known procedure was in 2024, when she had another boob job in Brussels, going down a size, just days before performing at Dublin Pride. Series 3 of The Price of Perfection airs later this month.
